Bought a car last month. Great service. Associate was very quick and helpful without being pushy. She let me test drive what I wanted without trying to sell me on anything. Another associate even cleaned the exterior of the car while I signed paperwork. Purchasing the car was all done quickly and professionally, license plates arrived about 3 weeks after I purchased the car. An associate immediately offered to put them on when I arrived to pick them up. Family friendly environment, staff was welcoming and friendly with my child when we came back to pick up the license plates. Overall a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend E Smart Auto to someone looking for a used car.

I recently bought a car from here even though It is over 3 hours away! I found it online and called and spoke with the owner multiple times regarding the cars. I settled on an older Toyota Camry, and it was just as he described. The owner was very personable. The process was straightforward and took less than an hour from start to finish. The lot is not large, about 30 cars. But, each car has the full Carfax report available online for free. Also, the owner has driven each car for at least a week and makes sure any repairs are made before it is put on the lot to be sold. The prices are the best I have seen anywhere in Virginia, and just about anywhere else. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, I highly recommend you to check E Smart Auto Group.

This dealership was more than I imagined and expected and everything I ever wanted! I have been searching for over a year to replace my 2005 vehicle, so I took my time researching models, prices, consumer reports and edmunds reports and when I saw E Smart's listing on Car Gurus site for my incredible vehicle, I knew it was a great deal for the mileage, year because I already did my homework. That was the highlight and Chris' personal attention, focus, professionalism with care was the experience you want in alll business affairs! His personal touch was heartfelt even in explaining something I needed to do to my new vehicle when it wasn't raining (was raining at the time preventing him from doing the task). Most people don't go the extra mile and so with this memory, I will be back and tell the world to go there! I live in DC and the drive/experience/price was worth every mile driven! Will do it again and look forward to returning again for my next vehicle and I will spread the word to my circle.
